Meet Brooke

Coach. Social worker. Nonprofit advocate. Facilitator. Mom. Real human.

Brooke Gilder created BraveWork after years working in the nonprofit world, managing community programs, mentoring new parents, and leading volunteer teams.

With a master’s degree in social work and training in trauma-informed facilitation, nervous system science, and conflict mediation, she brings both practical tools and deep compassion to the work.

She’s been the high-functioning mom with no time to breathe. She’s also been the woman wondering, “Is this it?”

BraveWork is her answer—for herself, and for anyone else ready to stop white-knuckling it through life.
