About
BraveWork was built on a simple premise: most people aren't failing to change because they lack willpower or commitment. They're stuck because the approaches they're using don't work at the level where change actually happens — the nervous system.

Credentials
I came to neurocoaching through my own experience of hitting a wall — the kind where you've done the therapy, read the books, tried the habits, and still find yourself in the same patterns. What changed everything for me was learning that my nervous system wasn't broken. It was doing exactly what it was designed to do.
That realization — and the science behind it — became the foundation of BraveWork. I trained in nervous system-informed coaching to understand how protective responses form, how they persist, and most importantly, how they can genuinely shift over time.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, but it's also deeply practical. We work with what's showing up in your actual life — not in theory, but in the moments that matter.
Philosophy
No amount of strategy works when your nervous system is in protection mode. We build the foundation of safety first — because that's what makes everything else possible.
There's no universal protocol here. Your nervous system has its own history, its own patterns, its own logic. Coaching is a process of learning that system — and working with it, not against it.
Real change doesn't happen in a coaching session. It happens in the moments of your actual life. Sessions are where we make sense of what's arising and design experiments to try.
A discovery call is a low-pressure conversation to explore where you are, what you're working with, and whether neurocoaching makes sense for you right now.
